Taking place on the final Thursday of each month throughout the Summer, Islington Acoustic will be showcasing some fine examples of both established and emerging artists - in the intimate environment of our Islington Store. May’s Islington Acoustic Session on Thursday 31st sees South London four-piece Bastille take centre stage for the third of these live music nights at the intimate Islington Store.

Join us next Thursday 31st May 2012 for the Carnaby Street Shopping Party. We will be offering 20% discount on any items purchased on the evening, as well as an exclusive acoustic performance by Willy Mason! Last week the awesome Mercury Music Prize nominee Ghostpoet, played our monthly Islington Acoustic session. After the set, we caught up with Obaro, aka Ghostpoet and all round top guy, to chat about life on tour, peanut butter preferences and what’s been inspiring him since we last caught up.

This weekend is The London Coffee Festival, part of UK Coffee Week, celebrating the nation's love for the hot beverage and the social scene around it.
