Ben Sherman will replace any Brighton Oxford Shirt with quality issues outside of normal wear and tear for up to 365 days. The final replacement decision is at our discretion.

What is considered normal wear and tear? 

This includes but is not limited to fabric abrasion, regular material deterioration from wear and wash, and color fading. The Brighton Oxford Guarantee does not cover lost or damaged products and is not considered an extended return policy for change of opinion for customer purchase.  

What if my purchase is outside of the 365 days? 

If your Brighton Oxford was purchased more than 365 days prior, it would no longer fall under the 365-day BrightonOxford Guarantee. Please default to our return policy and Contact Us for any questions or concerns.
