Ben Sherman first opened his Carnaby Street showroom back in the swinging sixties. British youth culture was in full flow, with fashion and music at the forefront on this generational shift. With their quality, colour and Ivy League-inspired designs, Ben Sherman shirts were quickly adopted by this new wave of young men. The mod movement was revolutionary, and so was the Ben Sherman shirt.
Over six decades later, we’re coming back to the Capital with a brand-new store. We’ll be setting up shop in London’s historic Coal Drops Yard, right next to King’s Cross. First built as a transport hub, Coal Drops Yard has been through a few transformations over the years – from abandoned warehouses to a hub for artists and nightlife in the 90s.
Now brought firmly into the 21st century, it’s this rich creative history that makes Coal Drops Yard feel like a perfect fit for Ben Sherman’s return to London. The store will be launching with Ben Sherman’s fresh SS24 collection, giving you the chance to shop our latest styles. Over the first five days, the team will also be welcoming you with opening offers – a £10 gift card for the first ten customers through the door sound good?*
The new store will open its doors on the 28th March, and we’ll be celebrating the launch with drinks and Guest DJ sets in store. We can’t wait to see you there.
