We are pleased to announce that following careful consideration for the health and safety of all staff and customers we will gradually be opening selected Ben Sherman stores from Monday 15th June.
For the duration of the current situation, and following government advice we will be implementing the following changes to our stores
Social Distancing
To enable 2 metre social distancing in our stores we are installing floor stickers and will be limiting the number of both customers and staff in the store at any point in time. During busy periods you may be required to queue outside the store. We appreciate your patience in this.
Store Hygiene
Hand sanitisers will be provided at the entrance to our stores for customer usage. We urge customers to take advantage of this for the protection of themselves and our staff. We are also carrying out a thorough cleaning programme in all of our stores with hourly cleaning of all key touch points during opening hours. All stores will also carry out the Government Covid-19 Risk Assessment. In addition to this staff who request additional protection are being provided with face masks and gloves.
Cashless Payments Only
Until it is safe to do so we will not be accepting cash payments in any of our Ben Sherman stores. Payment will be by card only. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.
